Dominic Thiem, world No. 3, publicly stated he doesn’t believe he should have to donate to it. For reasons known to him he doesn’t think the lower level players are professional enough.
In reply, Ines Ibbou, a pro women’s tennis player from Algeria made a heartfelt video as an open letter to him, and basically to the world. What looks like a video letter is more of an insight into the journey of not just one player, but thousands like her. Men and women.
